There are so many commercial diets on the market today so we understand how daunting it may feel trying to select the correct one for your pet. Do not fear we are here to help! Our staff are qualified to advise you on the best nutrition for your pet.

Here at Fox Veterinary Clinic we stock Royal Canin, Calibra and Burns which are 3 well established brands of food. We stock a range of prescription and non-prescription (life stage) diets from these brands so if there is a particular type of diet you would like just contact the clinic and we will see what we can do.

Weight Clinics

One of our fantastic nurses runs a weight clinic for any pet that is looking to shed a few pounds! You may be referred by the vet to one of these clinics or you can enquire yourself by contacting the clinic.

Did you know according to the latest research 65% of dogs and 39% of cats are overweight and obese! It is vital to keep your pet in good shape as obesity carries some very serious health risks. These include joint disease (arthritis), diabetes, urinary disease, skin disease and development of tumours. It is also connected with significantly reducing their life expectancy! Here at Fox Vets we want to help you avoid these health risks for as long as possible so we encourage a good weight management with a well-established and complete diet.
