COVID-19 Protocol
Please call ahead to book as we are trying to space out our consults. One person per pet.
We love seeing children but we ask you not to bring them to the clinic during this time.
Please contact us in advance (at least 24 hours) for repeat prescriptions and food so we can have them ready for you. It is possible to pay over the phone for these if you wish.
Please call us when you have arrived, you may be asked to wait in your car until we are ready to see you.
If waiting outside we ask you to try to maintain at least 2M distance from others who may also be waiting.
Special Covid-19 Arrangements
During this exceptional period we are still here and can arrange for local delivery of VITAL pet food’s and medicines.
We can also provide assessment of your pet’s condition via videotelephony or, if necessary, arrange for home visits.
